Pkin suggestions

What would be good is put a day and time when people in the clan would vote what day that week we should go pkin. I think it would be really smart if we had a meeting place so we can discuss where we're pkin and other things. We need someone with a great house i know someone who has a really nice house.

council members will be voted by (from the way im trying to create it) the following people.

-Linc
-Admin
-Dead Ratz
-Skiller
-Inuasho

then we will vote later members. but the idea of a council is not to be "high up" a council is as close to even as it can be, besides council leader, or clan leader, the council is not made up of different ranks, its just like...... a jury of some kind. being on the council will be the "highest" u can be besides admin, mod, or leader.

pk leaders are based on experience, followers, and whether u founded a group.
